I giudici australiani considerano RIDICOLA la causa di Samsung contro Apple per il plagio del sistema 3G

Quasi come una ripicca per aver perso la causa indetta da Apple contro Samsung (per aver infranto i brevetti iPad), a seguito della quale in Australia il Samsung Galaxy Tab subirà un blocco vendite, ora e' la Samsung a far causa alla Apple, causa che avrebbe come oggetto il plagio del sistema di scambio dati su linea 3G. Dopo alcune sedute e l'ascolto di ambo le parti, i giudici hanno espresso forti perplessità riguardo alle basi stesse di questa causa, considerandole "ridicole" (parole testuali). Inoltre non vedono come dar luogo a procedere, senza il minimo tentativo di una mediazione preliminare, cosa che di norma viene sempre fatta, in casi come questi. Entro pochi giorni, pertanto, saranno prese decisioni e/o provvedimenti in merito.
